1. Who We Are

Odontia is a unified advertising analytics platform for dental practices, operated by Odontia. We connect dental offices' ad accounts (Meta, Google Ads) to provide a single dashboard showing campaign performance in plain English.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data when you use Odontia:

• Account data: Your name, email address, and practice information provided during signup.
• Ad performance data: Campaign spend, impressions, clicks, and reach pulled from connected ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads) via OAuth.
• Platform connection data: OAuth tokens required to access your ad accounts. These are encrypted and stored securely — never stored in plain text.
• Usage data: Pages visited and features used within the Odontia dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To display your ad performance data in the Odontia dashboard.
• To generate AI-powered recommendations based on your campaign data.
• To show anonymized competitor ad activity in your local market.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Meta ad account, Odontia accesses the following data via the Meta Marketing API:

• Ad campaign performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, reach, frequency)
• Ad account and campaign names
• Page information associated with your ad account

This data is used solely to display your performance information within Odontia. We do not create, modify, or delete your ads. We do not share this data with third parties.

You may disconnect your Meta account at any time from Settings → Platforms. Upon disconnection, we stop pulling new data. You may request deletion of all stored data via the link below.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase (US East region). OAuth tokens are encrypted using Supabase Vault and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted by row-level security policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights
