Request Deletion of Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data and ad account data Odontia has stored on your behalf. This includes:

• Your account information (name, email, practice details)
• All ad performance data pulled from connected platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
• OAuth tokens used to access your ad accounts
• AI recommendations generated for your account

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to privacy@odontia.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your Odontia account
• Your practice name

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Disconnecting Meta

If you only want to disconnect your Meta ad account (without deleting your Odontia account), you can do this from Settings → Platforms inside the Odontia dashboard. This immediately revokes our access to your Meta data and stops any future data pulls.

You can also revoke access directly from your Facebook account at Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
